How are you this moment – right now?
When we have a busy day, rushing around, balancing priorities, we rarely take the time to stop and think how we are. We get home at the end of the day and when we are asked “how was your day?” we give a big sigh. Everything that has happened gets lumped into one long stressful day and we hope things will be easier tomorrow.
But even on the busiest of days there are often many moments of happiness, achievement, or peace. So stop for a second and focus on NOW. How are you right now? Its called being mindful and it helps us see and get the best out of every day.
