Do you laugh enough? As I am doing a comedy course at the moment, I laugh a lot. At myself, with the other people in the group and at the many comedians that I am watching and admiring on youtube and live locally.

Laughter therapy is just that – it makes you feel better. Here are just a few reasons laugh more.

Laughter improves cardiovascular health
Laughter boosts the immune system
Laughing reduces stress levels
When we laugh the brain releases endorphins creating a positive buzz
Laughing helps us to engage more easily with others.

All of which leads to a more positive and confident frame of mind. There are so many ways to bring laughter into your life, from laughter therapy to going to a comedy club. And there is so much humour in daily live! Take time to be more mindful of the funny things that are happening to you right now, or try go and actively seek something that tickles your funny bone. Its up to you, but whatever you do today, find time to laugh, you wont regret it.
